• Open a Job Request for approval
• Job Ad creation
• Kick Off by TA
• Use a hiring a slack channel
• Screening candidates
• Phone screen- Talent Acquisition specialist (TA)
• 1st interview- Design team + TA
• 2nd interview- Stakeholders, up to 3 (including hiring manager and not TA)
• Closing the loop (hire/disqualify)
• Onboard!

A few matters-

1. I would appreciate it if you can email me back with your laptop needs. We default to Macbook 14/16 inch but can accommodate something else (specs attached)

2. I will need you to let me know if you have a preference towards- A. Working always/mostly from home, in that case we will send you the equipment to your home. B. Working more than 3 days in the office- in that case we will send the equipment there AND assign you a permanent desk.

3. I would appreciate it if you let me know where you would like to have your first day (home or office) . An important detail to note is that we have two offices (both in Carlton and close by) and you can choose between them as your permanent location. Product Designers (and the Technology team as a whole) are located in Melbourne Connect, Visual Designers (and Marketing) are located in the Queensberry office.
